Starting July 1st 2024 Benefit Innovations will starting the transition from HConnection to the more robust and user friendly Employee Navigator ben admin system.
Benefit Innovations is constantly at the forefront of technological advancements in our industry. With the increasing integration of HR resources, new hire onboarding, ACA reporting, and payroll, we have determined that our clients and staff have outgrown our current Ben Admin and enrollment system, HRConnection. The process of uploading and updating client information has already begun.
Stay tuned for more updates as we approach our release date. At that time, Benefit Innovations will contact each client individually to set up one-on-one meetings to review and navigate the new Employee Navigator System.
